I spent four nights at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The location is great for shopping, especially being near Wakaf Che Yeh, but the room I stayed in had no windows and wasn't what I expected from a boutique hotel. While the price was affordable, I was really disappointed with the breakfast offerings, which weren't up to par after the first day. The hotel is clean, but it definitely has room for improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The lack of windows in the room made it feel quite claustrophobic, and the suspended TV position was awkward. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with the room presentation.
Service
7.0
While I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, it was decent enough. The hotel had parking available, which was a plus.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic for shopping lovers as it's near Wakaf Che Yeh, but parking can be tricky at night due to the night market in the area.
Dining

The breakfast offerings were quite disappointing after the first day; I really dreaded going down for it.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had some nice amenities like an Ogawa chair in the lobby, but the overall charm of a boutique hotel was lacking.

This hotel is a decent choice for shoppers, given its proximity to Wakaf Che Yeh. The rooms are spacious but not as clean as I'd hoped, and the bathroom could use some improvements in hygiene. The price is affordable, and while the amenities are basic, they do cater to shoppers' needs. Overall, it’s an okay option if you're looking for convenience over luxury.

The room we had was spacious but not very clean, and the bathroom was just okay.

The hotel is perfect for shoppers, being very close to Wakaf Che Yeh night market.
Dining

The breakfast offerings were not great at all; after a couple of days, we struggled to look forward to it.

They have an Ogawa chair at the lobby, which can be nice after a long shopping day, but there aren’t many other facilities.

6.2/10

I visited this hotel primarily for its proximity to a large shopping area, and it delivered decent value for money. The family room was spacious and comfortable for our stay, but cleanliness was an issue, particularly in the bathroom. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, and overall, the amenities could be improved for a boutique hotel experience.

Rooms
6.0
The family room was quite spacious and comfortable, but the lack of windows was a bit unsettling. Hated the setup of the TV being suspended in mid-air; it made watching it awkward.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally friendly, and the free parking was a nice touch. However, certain inconveniences at night were a slight letdown.
Location
9.0
The hotel is strategically located near Wakaf Che Yeh, making it perfect for shopping, but it did feel a bit haunted at night.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was rather disappointing, offering limited options which made it uninviting after the second day.
Facilities
5.0
While the hotel had some amenities available, the overall presentation felt lacking due to minimal attention to detail.

I chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to Wakaf Che Yeh, which is fantastic for shoppers. The room was spacious and the price was quite affordable, but cleanliness was an issue. The breakfast left much to be desired, and the lack of windows in the room was disappointing. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I wouldn't expect too much given the price.

Rooms
6.0
The room was spacious but not very clean, with a bit of a mildew smell. If you're particular about hygiene, you might want to wear slippers in the bathroom. Overall, it was big enough for my family.
Service
6.0
Service was decent but not extraordinary. While parking was said to be free, there were some additional charges for external services, which was a bit misleading.
Location
8.0
The location is great if you're into shopping, being very close to Wakaf Che Yeh. However, parking can be a challenge at night, even with the ample space around.
Dining

Breakfast was not great; it was underwhelming and not very varied, making it difficult to enjoy after the first couple of days.
Facilities

The hotel offered some nice amenities like the Ogawa chair in the lobby, which was helpful after a long day of shopping. However, it didn’t feel like a boutique hotel with the overall presentation.
